Platform Rules & User Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the qoki platform, including all betting, casino gaming, bonus claims, account management, deposits, and withdrawals. By accessing qoki, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
All players must be at least 18 years of age. Only one account per person, household, device, or shared IP address is permitted. Multiple accounts result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawals are only processed to the same method used for deposit. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met. Abuse of the bonus system results in account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qoki will never ask for your password via chat or email. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software (bots), chargebacks, and any form of fraudulent activity result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of all funds without recourse.
qoki provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to every player. Using these tools does not forfeit your balance. We are committed to making responsible gaming easy and accessible.
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and qoki ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://qoki.bio and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related digital services. By registering an account, accessing any part of the qoki platform, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or claiming a bonus offer, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the qoki platform and close your account. Continued use of qoki following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. qoki reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.
These terms are written in English and interpreted under their natural English meaning. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version. qoki operates this platform for entertainment purposes and targets adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, subject to the limitations described in Section 8 of this Agreement.
qoki maintains the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, provided that such action is consistent with these Terms & Conditions and applicable platform policies. Users who have been previously excluded or banned from qoki are strictly prohibited from re-registering under a new identity.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on qoki, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using the platform.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a qoki employee in a role that involves access to non-public platform data.
- You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from qoki or had an account terminated for breach of these terms.
- You are registering and using the platform for your own personal entertainment only — not for commercial purposes.
qoki reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by qoki will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.
If you become aware that a minor has accessed or registered on the qoki platform using falsified information, you are required to notify us immediately at [email protected]. qoki operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and takes all reports of this nature extremely seriously.
Account Registration & Verification
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the qoki platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, household, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement. qoki may carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at first withdrawal, and periodically during ongoing account activity.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements
Before processing any withdrawal request, qoki requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name.
- Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, qoki may request documentation evidencing the lawful origin of funds deposited to your account.
KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. Documents must be unaltered and must show all four corners of the original document. qoki processes KYC submissions within 48 hours during standard operating conditions. During peak periods (BPL season, major tournament weeks), processing may take up to 72 hours.
Account Information Updates
You must promptly update your account information if any details change — in particular your registered mobile number used for bKash or Nagad transactions. Out-of-date information may delay withdrawal processing and is your responsibility to maintain. Updates to registered name, date of birth, or national ID number require supporting documentation and are subject to review by the qoki compliance team.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on qoki are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to platform updates.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering control. qoki does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts registered in a name other than the verified account holder, or methods that were not used to fund the account.
qoki does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees, which qoki has no control over and cannot refund. You are responsible for understanding and accepting the fee structure of your chosen payment provider.
In the event that a chargeback is initiated by a user against a qoki transaction, the associated account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant payment networks.
qoki reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal where additional verification is required, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where the relevant compliance review has not been completed. Delays of this nature will be communicated to the account holder via the registered contact details.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
qoki operates a daily bonus programme alongside a range of periodic promotions, seasonal offers (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season bonuses), and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time of the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between a bonus-specific term and this general policy, the bonus-specific term takes precedence.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by qoki are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%.
- Bets placed using bonus funds on games with a contribution rate below 100% will be proportionally counted toward the wagering requirement.
- Real-money funds are used first for wagers when both real and bonus funds are present in the account, unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.
- Bonus funds that remain unused after the expiry date of an offer will be removed from your account without replacement.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the qoki bonus system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using automated software to systematically claim promotions — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. qoki reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the accounts of users found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Decisions made by qoki regarding bonus abuse are final.
VIP Loyalty Programme
The qoki VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier status is determined by cumulative betting activity over a rolling 30-day period. Enhanced daily bonuses, priority withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management are available to Gold and Platinum tier members. VIP status is not transferable and cannot be sold or gifted. qoki reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits, and the programme structure at any time with reasonable notice.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the qoki platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure, with forfeiture of all account balances:
- Identity Fraud: Registering using false personal details, impersonating another person, or providing forged or altered KYC documents.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the purpose of gaining additional bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading a previous ban.
- Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker hands, or sports betting markets.
- Match Fixing: Betting on any sporting event you have prior knowledge of being fixed, or actively participating in the fixing of sporting results.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the qoki platform in place of genuine human activity.
- Money Laundering: Using qoki for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against qoki transactions.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of qoki.
- Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing qoki support staff or other users of the platform via any communication channel.
qoki employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. qoki will notify affected users of a suspension via their registered email address and will endeavour to complete investigations within 10 business days.
Account Suspension & Closure
qoki reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
- A request made under a responsible gaming intervention process.
- Dormancy: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts with a real-money balance will be notified by email prior to any funds being transferred to a holding reserve.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your qoki account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, qoki will process any pending withdrawal of your available real-money balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
Appeals Process
If your account has been suspended or closed by qoki and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. Appeals should include your registered account details, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. qoki will respond to appeals within 10 business days of receipt.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qoki excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, lost profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential losses, whether foreseeable or not.
qoki does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions (including payment processor outages), and events beyond qoki's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. qoki will endeavour to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.
All casino games on the qoki platform are sourced from certified third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during play, or technical error resulting in an indeterminate outcome, the affected bet or round will be treated as void and the staked amount returned to the player's account. qoki is not liable for game-provider-side errors beyond the return of the relevant stake.
qoki provides the platform as a tool for entertainment. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that your use of qoki complies with all applicable local laws. qoki makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational scope.
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and qoki with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
